With profound expertise, the company excels in aspects like the fatigue analysis of gear transmission systems, the calculation and verification of NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) indicators, the lubrication criteria for planetary transmissions, the heat treatment of different materials, and the control of noise during high-speed gear operation. In particular, during the critical processes of gear shaving and grinding, the company has carried out in-depth research and formulated effective measures for profile modification design and manufacturing. Over the years, the company has been producing mechanical transmission components for both domestic and international markets, catering to various standards and application scenarios. The gear accuracy standards it adheres to include Germany's DIN3962-3963, the United States' UN17880 and ANSI/AGMA2000, the international ISO1328, China's GB/T 10095, as well as some even more stringent internal standards set by specific companies.
